This crash course helps employers understand that neuroinclusive practice does not look exactly the same in every industry. It introduces a sector-sensitive approach that respects different work realities while keeping core inclusion principles consistent.

Managers, HR professionals, employers, and team leaders working in different sectors such as IT, education, hospitality, consulting, logistics, or customer-facing services.
