Course Objective:
This course equips leaders with the mindset and practical tools to foster inclusive environments where neurodivergent employees feel safe, respected, and empowered. It emphasizes integrity-driven leadership as the foundation for authentic inclusion.
Target Audience:
Mid- to senior-level managers, team leaders, and HR professionals working in organizations committed to diversity and inclusion. No prior knowledge of neurodiversity required.
