Course Objective
This course helps participants shift from a reactive approach to neurodiversity (accommodation) toward a proactive, appreciative mindset that integrates neurodivergent strengths into organizational culture and workflows.
Target Audience
HR professionals, team leaders, DEI officers, and organizational change agents at beginner to intermediate levels of inclusion practice.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this course, learners will be able to:
- Distinguish between accommodation and appreciation in workplace inclusion.
- Identify limitations of accommodation-only approaches.
- Apply strategies to embed neurodivergent strengths into team workflows.
- Promote a culture of belonging through intentional leadership practices.
