Course Objective:
This crash course helps managers and team leads understand how to build emotional safety before any employee is expected to talk about needs, preferences, or support. It shows that disclosure is not the starting point of inclusion — psychological safety is.
Target Audience:
Managers, team leaders, supervisors, HR professionals, and onboarding staff in the private sector.
Learning Outcomes:
After the course, the learner can:
- • Explain why neurodivergent employees may delay or avoid disclosure.
- • Identify workplace behaviours that reduce psychological safety.
- • Apply simple, respectful communication habits that make it easier to ask for support.
- • Recognize signs that silence may reflect uncertainty rather than lack of need.
- • Use team routines that normalize questions, clarity, and low-pressure support.
Duration and Prerequisites:
10–15 minutes; no prerequisites.
