Course Objective
This course’s objective is to learn about unclear communication and overstimulating working environment which are barriers to the workplace for neurodivergent students and develop clear communication policies and sensory friendly working environment.

Neurodivergent students that are entering a workplace
Learning Outcomes
After completing this course, the learners will be able to:
- Define unclear communication for neurodivergent students
- List barriers set by unclear communication
- List the impacts that unclear communication has on neurodivergent students
- Develop practices that will make communication of neurodivergent students effective
- Identify the sensory challenges for neurodivergent students
- List the impacts of an overstimulating environment on neurodivergent students
- Develop a sensory friendly working environment
