To equip private sector professionals with practical, evidence-based strategies for mentoring neurodivergent employees, ensuring a smooth and supportive onboarding experience.
Target Audience
This course is designed for professionals in the private sector who will act as mentors to newly hired neurodivergent employees. No prior experience with neurodiversity is required, but participants should be involved in onboarding or team integration processes.
