Course Objective & Target Audience
This crash course equips general employees in the private sector with practical tools to support neurodivergent colleagues through peer-to-peer initiatives, fostering a psychologically safe and inclusive workplace.
Target Audience: Private sector employees at all levels; no prior experience with neurodiversity required.
Learning Outcomes
- After completing the course, participants will be able to:
- Initiate respectful and supportive connections with neurodivergent colleagues.
- Identify and respond appropriately to common social and sensory challenges in the workplace.
- Collaborate effectively to solve workplace issues impacting neurodivergent individuals.
- Develop and implement a personal action plan to promote cognitive diversity.

Duration & Prerequisites
Duration: 2–3 hours (crash course format)
