Course Objective
To empower university students to identify their personal strengths and preferences, and apply this self-knowledge to find or shape work roles that support their well-being, motivation, and performance.
Target Audience
University students (EQF Level 5–6), especially those navigating neurodivergence, mental health challenges, or learning differences. No prior experience required.
Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, the learner can:
- Identify and articulate their personal strengths, interests, and preferred working styles.
- Explain the concept of person-job fit and its relevance to well-being and performance.
- Recognize signs of poor fit and propose adjustments to improve alignment.
- Create a personalized “Role Fit Blueprint” to guide future internship or job choices.
- Communicate their needs and preferences confidently in workplace settings.

(Delivered over 2–3 days in workshop format or asynchronously online)

None. The course is designed to be accessible to all students, including those with learning differences or limited prior work experience.

Create a report listing the accessibility issues found, referencing specific WCAG guidelines where possible.
