Course Objective:
This course objective is to help employers understand what neurodiversity is as a natural variation and that is a value not a deficit.
Target group
Managers,Human Resources Managers, Team leaders and all employees of an organisation.
After completing this course the learners will be able to:
- Define neurodiversity as a natural form of human diversity
- Point out the difference between the medical and social model
- Highlight that neurodivergence is not a deficit but a value to cognitive diversity
- Indicate the nessecity for the paradigm shift for employers
