Recently at the Paradigms in Management Sciences conference in Tykocin, Przemysław Dydycz and Krzysztof Kapłon (V-Systems Sp. z o.o.) had the pleasure of presenting COHESION—our Erasmus+ project. Our goal was simple but vital: to invite participants to look at workplace neuroinclusion through a completely different lens.

Too often, when a neurodivergent person faces challenges at work, the assumption is that the issue lies with the individual. In reality, the barriers are usually systemic—rooted in unclear tasks, fragmented communication, sensory overload, or an environment designed for only one specific way of processing information.

During our presentation, we focused on three key takeaways to help reshape these work environments:

  • Cognitive accessibility is more than just the words we use. It relies on clear priorities, the right communication channels, providing adequate context, and structuring tasks in an understandable way.

  • AI is a powerful but dual-purpose tool. While it has the potential to intensify information overload, when used thoughtfully, it can beautifully organize knowledge and bridge gaps in mutual understanding.

  • Employee experience is the ultimate metric. It serves as a real-world reflection of true management quality.

Through our Learning Hive, COHESION is turning these theoretical insights into practical, highly accessible resources. These tools are built to support everyone in the ecosystem—students, graduates, and future employees, as well as the employers, HR professionals, and managers guiding them.

Ultimately, inclusive employment doesn’t start with “fixing” people. It starts with designing work in a way that empowers individuals with diverse minds to lean into their unique strengths.

A massive thank you to the organizers, to everyone who joined this important conversation in Tykocin, and a special thank you to the Międzynarodowa Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Łomży!
